To reserve and hold a reservation:: Request a contract, provide your mailing address, telephone number, Fax, number and e-mail. After completing and signing your contract ,send your check for the amount designated along with a second check for the refundable damage deposit. Return signed contract and checks to Ski Hill Property Management. Your dates will be reserved and blocked after the check has cleared.
Payments required to reserve dates: One half of the total rental fee is due immediately to block a reservation. Then the other half will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If your desired dates are 45 days or closer the entire rental is collected with the signed contract.
