Not only does the home have a huge west facing screened in porch with lights and views of the Caribbean but both bdrms have sliding doors that open onto one of the other “open” decks located on the north and south sides of the house. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins), a large hall bthrm, a built in computer desk , an extra refrigerator and a fourth bdrm or den w/ a trundle bed (king or two twins) that is currently a big open room with no walls closing it in. There is a big washer/dryer in the long garage that can fit a golf cart and cart.

'Happy Days' is a beautiful 2300’ residence on the magical island of Eleuthera. Located on the Caribbean side of Wykee Estates, an exclusive development of 12 homes just 10 minutes from the Governor’s Harbour airport . The residents of Wykee have use of a communal pool that will be totally redone in January, a beautiful pink sand Atlantic beach, a boat ramp that opens into the calm Caribbean and a caretaker. The pool and beach are a quick three minute trip by golf cart and you can see the Caribbean and the boat ramp from the house. This dream beach house has constant sea breezes, 3-4 bedrooms, 3 windowed bthrms, a big open mint kit w/breakfast bar, dining table for 8, outdoor table seats 10. There are all new Anderson hurricane windows, French and sliding doors, split a/c units, tons of new ceiling fans, high speed internet, direct satellite service and a flat screen TV.
