Cleaning Deposit: $250.00 This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, ruined, destroyed or unnecessarily dirty. Cleaning service is $40/hour. The cleaner you leave it the less likely you will have any extra charges. Refund made by bank check sent 24 hours after check out. $250.00 Additional for pets. You must clean up after your animals including any damage they may cause and it is necessary to bring at least 3 towels per animal to dry each of them as they get wet and dirty. Please, no cat litter in the toilets.
Reservation/Date Holding Deposit: Reservation/Date Holding Deposit 20% Nonrefundable deposit to hold any reservation date(s) with a copy of a Government issued Photo IDs for the person who is paying the bill. Must be paid by credit card run thru the office.
