Monthly rental is 4 weeks and does not need to start on the first of the month. Please contact owner for additional rental rates. Pets considered. A pet service charge will be charged.
$200 refundable damage deposit.
Maximum of 3 unrelated adults.
Military discount, Retired 10%, Active duty 15 %. - Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Credit cards via PayPal accepted.
Cancellation policy:
-Greater than 14 days of arrival, 20% reservation processing fee, less than 14 days no refund.
-Active duty military, full refund up to 7 days, 5% reservation processing fee up to 48 hours before arrival, less than 48 hours 15%, with a copy of orders.
