Prices:
$100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 6 nights. $25 charge/day for pool and spa heat - pool heated from 8 a.m. to midnight. Pool and spa heat are highly recommended from October through April. If pool and spa heat not required for your stay then advise at time of booking. All dollar amounts are stated in US currency.
Booking Process:
Please check our availability calendar for the period you are interested. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is payable at time of booking with the balance due 4 - 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking. -
Check In/Check Out:
Check in time – after 4 p.m. on arrival date. Check out time – by 10 a.m. on departure date. Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and an extra charge. Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.
Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:
- cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of $250 deposit
- cancellation between 4 -6 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of the greater of 50% of booked rental charge or $250 deposit;
- cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of entire booked rental charge
