The Pinehurst Resort has been named the #1 Golf Resort in America in the 2007 Reader Survey by Travel and Leisure Golf. Now you can enjoy the amenities of the Resort without having to pay exorbitant Resort prices when you rent our condo. We purchased this first floor condo in May 2007 and completely renovated it with new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, a new bathroom vanity and new furniture and other furnishings throughout. This condo is available to rent only through this service. Our condo is furnished like our home - because it is our 2nd home. We didn't spare any expense in renovating and redecorating it. Some of the condos listed here do not have the kitchen and bath renovated, so they are from the 70's. Ours is completely renovated. If you want many of the services of the Pinehurst Resort including access to 6 Pinehurst Resort golf courses (including Pinehurst #2 – Home of the 1999, 2005 and 2014 US Open – and the 2008 US Amateur) without having to pay resort prices, please check with us. By staying with us, golfers can save up to 34% per round on the Pinehurst Resort courses over the 'public' rate.

We are limited to 10 unaccompanied guest passes each month. A guest pass is good for use of the Pinehurst Resort facilities (golf, pool and beach) for one day, so the number of times you can golf or use the pool or beach are limited depending on the number of renters we have during a calendar month.
