It offers an outdoor heated pool, (summer only) with million dollar views, four bedrooms, two lofts, 2 dens, bar-room, fireplace, 6 man indoor hot-tub and two full bathrooms. The house sits on two mountainous acres bordered by two brooks and is 15 minutes from Sunday River. Walk into an architectural dream, starting with the 23 foot high, pine ceiling into to a sunken den. All the amenities. DVD, wood stove, video library, Etc. Art is well appointed throughout the house; many types and mediums. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped with all the appliances and dishware you will need. The fireplace glows off the patio. Washer/ dryer, speed bike and free weights are all there.

If you like an old fashioned bedroom, the master bedroom is it!, with an immense hope chest and claw foot tub. Walk a little further, and you have really entered Nirvana! Awaiting you is a large hot-tub & a balsam pine bar-room . For all the musicians in the house there is a piano, electric guitar and amps. Most memorable is the indoor goldfish pond.
