We loved the penthouse, and had a great stay. Minerva made us some of her wonderful chicken enchiladas, which I desperately want the recipe for! Just wanted to let you know that all was wonderful. Thanks.' - Debbie 'Dear Marnie, We had the best stay yet at PHC your condo on the beach...all was ready when we got there...we went shopping, had work-outs at the gym and sat every day under a palapa at our favorite beach spot. We always ended our day with a dip in the Condo pool, a favorite activity, because the setting and the people there are so nice.
