- Guest bath has cherry cabinets, large linen, natural marble counters and custom lit mirror vanities over double sinks. It has a claw foot bathtub with hand held shower and is located between two bedrooms on Eastern wing of the home. The Master bathroom is located within the master bedroom and has raised vanity double sinks also set in natural marble. The shower is tiled and is walk in with a seat. The tub is located next to the shower and is sunken and luxurious. The linen closet is lit and this bathroom also makes way to a walk in closet. The last bathroom is off the West wing of the house and has a combination shower/tub with glass doors. This also has a hand rail to use for balancing. This home has a single sink and toilet. If the kitchen doesn't have it and you need, just ask! We have 2 ovens featuring a flat top cook stove. We aim to please!

- All beds are new as are most furnishings. The rooms are all very spacious and feature walk in closets, 2 closets in some rooms. The home is set with 2 wings, two bedrooms on one wing, 3 bedrooms on the other, and one set to the front of the home. This allows for a lot of privacy despite the possible large size of the party. All bed linens and towels are provided. Sofa sleepers are also furnished with sheets and pillows.

Quiet escape : This neighborhood has half acre lots and higher, and has no outlets. This means that everyone driving in the area, lives in the area. The streets are quiet, the trees are mature and peaceful. Yet this home is literally 2 minutes from direct freeway access that will take you anywhere you need to go. This home is 2 minutes from Arrowhead Mall which has not only fantastic shopping, but a wide range of dining options and support retailers. If you are in town for an event at University of Phoenix Stadium you are about 10 minutes away down the 101 freeway. This home is not only a great home, but it is in The Best location.
Newly furnished and remodeled: This home has been fully remodeled over the past 2 years. All beds are new and very comfortable. All bed linens are crisp and new as well. This is a great place to unwind and you will feel at home in this fantastic rental. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all this space, comfort, and privacy?!
