Get out of the COLD and SNOW and come vacation with us in Warm, Sunny Florida!! This beautifully decorated spacious 2/2 Villa is located in the very upscale, prestigious, gated golfing community of University Park Country Club of Sarasota. The Country Club is made up of many unique neighborhoods. Each with its own community pool. Ours is just a ½ a block away. The Club House is a short walk (only 3 blocks) with Golfing, Tennis Courts, Restaurant and Croquet. Sarasota is a very cultured City with many theaters, museums, plays and restaurants. Within a mile of the club there is a wide assortment of restaurants such as Fast foods, Ethnic foods, Good Family Dining and Gourmet Cuisine. Just 11 miles from the Villa is Sarasota Bay, St. Armiens Circle and the Gulf of Mexico. Of course you have all manner of activities to keep anyone happy, such as water skiing, fishing of all types, boating, sun bathing, surfing, swimming, shelling and hiking through 3 different Nature Preserves
