'Sunrise' can be rented with its neighbor 'Sunset' to form a 12-bedroom, 12-bath, beach house perfect for a large, family reunion. There is no other property in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area like this.
Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a no mark-up cleaning fee, standard for all of my properties. The cleaning fee includes all towels and linens, and costs $25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, and $50 for the common area. A $49 damage waiver is required to protect you against any mishaps which may occur during your stay. Optional trip insurance is recommended and may be purchased through my website, relaxonthebeach. - Take advantage now of our Snowbird Specials for the months of January, and February 2009. You will feel right at home with seven televisions with remote control (one in each bedroom),high speed internet access, pool toys, board games, and movie videos available for your use. Sunrise has two master suites. One master suite occupies the entire third floor and has a garden tub with a separate shower. Both masters have king-size beds and both enjoy a private balcony overlooking the gulf. In addition, there is a balcony off of the living room. One bedroom, designated as the children's room, has two bunks (double-size beds on the bottom with a single bed on the top). There are a total of three king-size beds, four double-size beds, two twin beds, and a Full sleeper sofa. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Covered parking is available, and a charcoal grill is located under the house by the pool deck.
My goal is to give you the absolute best value in Gulf front accomodations today. Because you are renting owner-direct, you will avoid all processing fees, exhorbitant housecleaning markups, and commissions normally charged by the large property management firms. I pride myself on repeat business and would love to add you to my growing list of loyal guests!!
