A fully-refundable security deposit of $300 is due 14 days before arrival date. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure date provided there is no damage to the property.
Deposits are refundable if notice is received more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. A 5% booking fee will be deducted from the deposit refund. - No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date.
