The master bath has tumbled marble floors, a pedestal sink, shower, full-length mirror and built in shelving for toiletries and towels. The other full bath is completely tiled with a black and white motif, tub, sink and toilet with built in shelving for toiletries and towels. The half bath on the main floor has a pedestal sink and toilet and is adjacent to the laundry room with a full-sized washing machine and dryer. There are also an ironing board and iron, shoeshine kit, sewing basket and other nice-to-have items in this room. The seasonal outdoor shower has hot and cold water and hooks for hanging clothes. Studio bath with tumbled marble tile floors, shower enclosure, and pedestal sink. Studio also has microwave oven and coffeepot, TV/VCR/DVD and game table.

- The sunny master bedroom looks over the valley and next mountain range. It has a queen sized bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, stand-alone closet, writing desk and chair, wicker trunk and chair. The bunk-room is accessed through the master bedroom has a bunk bed and additional twin bed, dresser, chair and lamps. The master bedroom and bunk-room share a bathroom. The loft bedroom looks over the valley & has 2 twin beds which may be combined into a faux-king bed. It also has a loft accessed by a fixed ladder with a full-sized futon, fan & reading lamp, stand-alone closet, and small dresser. The faux-king bedroom has 3 twin beds which can be left separate or combined to form a faux-king bed and extra twin bed ideal for children. This room looks over the pond and has a small table, reading lamps and a stand-alone closet. These rooms share a full bath. The garage/studio has two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.

There are tons of things to do in the area from fine dining at local restaurants, shopping and once in a lifetime things like sleigh rides to make your vacation special. Holiday items are available ranging from a Christmas tree stand to holiday colored linens suitable for Christmas and Hannukah. A pine tree in front of the house is strung with lights that are ready to be plugged in. The house is lightly decorated for the upcoming Christmas holiday. Sleds and snowshoes are available for gentle use.
