'Mental Floss' perfect for an escape. The house features one level making trips back and forth to the beach easier. Perfect for the family vacation. Nicely decorated interior with plenty of room for the children and the family dog. The well-equipped kitchen is cheerfully decorated and makes cooking enjoyable. Enjoy the back and front sun decks with a hammock to relax in. Both sundecks have plenty of deck furniture for relaxing and listening to the ocean! It's home away from home with all the comforts of home to enjoy. The kids will love the foosball table and ping pong table in the enclosed garage area. Outside shower has hot and cold water. The beach access is right next to the house. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second room has a daybed and two twin beds in it. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living. The cottage is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, parks and the Surf City pier.
