Seeing is believing how welcoming and beautiful this apartment is. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so there are 70 steps, but it is all well worth the journey to this 'Medici jewel'. The location is exceptional, for you are stones throw to all the Florentine museums and important sites, shops, and bars and restaurants. The building itself is so centrally placed for it was said to have been built by one of the Medici for his French mistress. Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Fitness Center/Gym, Health/Beauty Spa, Antiquing, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live Theatre, Museums.
This is the Florence you see in the postcards and glossy coffee table books. The Piazza Reppublica only a few blocks away, the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio Bridge an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. Just few metres away are the famous Bargello National Museum and Dante's house. Going in the opposite direction, the Santa Maria Novella train station is an 10 minute walk. You are completely immersed in Florence historical area.
