Welcome to Wolfeboro: 'The oldest Summer resort in America'!! Enjoy all kinds of water sports at this island home with private sandy beach, breakwater dock, with 28 mile views of mountains and lake. Sunsets to die for!! Close to Wolfeboro town docks for dining and shopping. Easy trip to mountains for hiking and sight seeing. You will love Island living with all the comforts of home. This is tidy home with all of the amenities including a brand new updated kitchen with dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Living/Dining area seats 8 with an all glass window view of the lake. The island is only accessible by boat. The interior of the island has 2 miles of jogging/walking/biking trails. Feel the warmth of the sun all day on a 60' deck, on 100' of shorefront, or on a 12x12 deck on the water's edge. There is room for a 26' boat on the new jetty(breakwater) for easy access for children aa well as adults. If you love sun and fun with a western exposure of the lake, this is for you!!!
