When it is received, a Contract will be sent (by fax or email if available), that should be signed and faxed back as soon as possible, no longer than 5 days from when you receive it, accompanied by a booking deposit of 10%. Payment in full + cleaning deposit are due 8 weeks before rental begins, or within 5 days from date of return of contract, if rental begin in less than 8 weeks. Cleaning deposit minus any needed cleaning costs will be mailed to renter no later than 2 weeks after departure.
