Ski: The Telluride Ski Experience offers a genuine mountain experience for all levels of skiers thanks to a mix of quality terrain at all points on the mountain. From refined groomed runs to challenging moguls, there truly is something for everyone. Even beginners and intermediate skiers can ride to the highest peaks and enjoy terrain and views typically reserved for the experts.
Golf: It's not just the spectacular views from one of the highest (9,300 ft.) alpine golf courses in the country that will make your spirits soar - golf balls also fly 15 percent farther than at sea level. Located at Peaks Resort, the Telluride Golf Club offers a 6,739-yard, par-71, 18-hole championship course which doubles as a public course and a private members' club. There is a fully stocked pro shop, pitching green, putting green and a driving range. Golfers can tee off from May 27-October 1 (weather permitting). This course has been rated one of the worlds most scenic.
Guest Book: Thank you for the best place that we could have asked for in Telluride! We felt we were being spoiled rotten the whole time. It was special having such a great place to entertain our friends. We are no doubt going to return: a ski trip to Telluride in February and a return for Blues and Brews for next year is a no-brainer. We absolutely want to stay at Heart of Telluride again for each of those trips. Steve, Rachel, Gordon, Jill and Dan (three doctors and two spouses from California) I have been visiting Telluride regularly for over 20 years and have stayed in a variety of places ranging from hotels to private residences. All I can say is there is no better place to stay in Telluride than the 'Heart of Telluride'! It is by far the best location (the center of main street), has the best views, the best furnishings and the best amenities. Thanks for a fantastic vacation.
