SEABREEZE holds a membership in the North Captiva Island Club, which offers activities for young children, has two pools, two tennis courts, a playground, plus fishing equipment and boat rentals. There are two restaurants on the island and a 'general' store for basic supplies.
Each rental includes a four person GOLF CART to scurry around the island. Additional carts are available for rent with advance notice. -
TRANSPORTATION to and from the island is available via regularly scheduled water taxi service that takes approximately 20 minutes. If you are arriving at the Fort Myers Airport, private car service is available to take you grocery shopping and deliver you to the water taxi. Once on island, you will be met and shown to the house and porters will assist you with luggage and groceries. Now the fun begins!!

The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom. The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate bath for a total of six people... perfect for your family. There is a wonderful miniature golf course next to the condos. There is also a nice sized grocery store next door. There are several restaurants within 2 blocks (walking distance). Everything is friendly and convenient.
Electronics package included with TV's, DVD player, AM/FM/CD Player, and free high speed internet! Full Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, double sink and disposal. Full-size clothes washer and dryer. Granite countertops throughout. Tile floors in main living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Nine foot high ceilings in all units Ceiling fans in Living Room and Bedrooms. Whirlpool tub in Master Bath. Located on 400 acre spring-fed Lake Bryan with over 900 feet of lake frontage. Water sports including jet skis, power boats, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Freshwater free-form, heated swimming pools and children's pools. Boat dock. Lakefront Tiki Huts .
Only nine-tenths of a mile from Disney World entrance. Only three and a half miles to Sea World. Only seven miles to Universal Studios. Only two and a half miles to Orange County Convention Center.
