Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $500 cash security deposit is required upon arrival and is returned minus damages, if any, at departure
- To hold the apartment a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental is required. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. I use Paypal and will send you an email invoice where you may pay with a credit card. The deposit invoice will stay valid for 4 days and then will be cancelled if payment is not forthcoming. If you have a concern please let me know as soon a possible so you will not lose your hold on the dates you requested.
- There is a $100 cleaning fee if the stay is under the 4 night minimum.

Rentals Under The Four Night Minimum: I only take rentals under the 4 night minimum if I have a suitably small block of dates between two bookings.
Official Check in and Check out time.: The official check-out time is 11 AM. The official check-in time is 3 PM (15:00). These are official but rarely used. We do everything we can to accommodate your flight arrival and departures. Sometimes there is an overlap between arriving and departing guests and we very much appreciate the patience and camaraderie of our guests in these situations. We want everyone to have a memorable time with the fewest inconveniences and we try our best to make that happen.
FEE for Very late or Very Early check in.: In the rare event of a very late or very early check in there is a $50 to $100 fee depending on the time. While we try our best to accommodate all flight times, arriving at the apartment before 9 AM or after 10 PM (22:00) may incur an extra fee. If you need an early morning departure we can arrange that check-out happen the night before.
