Rate information for this Punta Islita estate rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Nightly rates range - $1,100 to $800. depends on the season and how many bedrooms you rent 3 or 4
- You can also rent only 3 bedrooms during the same time periods above. This is not available for Christmas and New Years. The rates are between $800 to $950 per day, 4 night min stay. It excludes the first master bedroom and 16.39% costs Rican are not included. Children under 12 can stay for free when sharing lodging with two adults. 2 children maximum per rooms. Rates do not include Airstrip to house or back ground transportation ($20 per person, round trip). If you are reaching us via local flights (Sansana or Nature Air), please let us know your arrival/departure times to coordinate your transfers to Casa Veranda THERE IS A $45 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT EXTRA CHARGE FOR WHEN GOING ABOVE 8 GUESTS
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within the 30 day period, the full amount is due immediately. Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable and must be recieved in writing. If medical reasons prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to re-book at a future date. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season.
