Thank you for viewing our home. The home is centrally located to all theme parks in Orlando, or 1 to 2 hours drive to Florida's most beautiful beaches. This property was booked 98% in 2008 with wonderful families from all over the world. We take great care to make this a very comfortable home, keep the prices fair, no hidden costs, & have a great management on site.
The home is professionally decorated for comfortable family gatherings large or small. It has many special touches like granite counter top in the kitchen, painted walls, lush bed covering, exquisite décor, ceiling fans on the lower level & a game room.
The pool is south-facing for maximum sun exposure, with extended pool deck & serene covered lanai. Backyard is large for maximum privacy. A huge park with play equipment & walking trail is located right across the front yard.

Our prices are set as we have unique features in our home.
1. Beautiful Decor.
2. Extended Pool deck with South facing pool.
3. Large backyard with no neighbors adjacent to the back of the home.
4. Block long beautiful park with Palm trees, sand box, swings walking trails
right across the front of the home.
5. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
6. Ceiling fans on the lower levels.
7. Game room. -
January, September, October $180/ $1260 per week
February. March, April, May, November: per day$190/ $1330 per week
Guests shall agree to pay the rent agreed upon the day the booking form is submitted. No future rates, specials or discounts will apply.
Optional pool/spa heat of $25.00 + tax is available if required.
Two week rentals get the second week pool heat for free.
Rentals of three weeks & more get a free BBQ grill for the duration of their stay.
Monthly rentals will include free pool heat, BBQ rental and biweekly cleaning fees.
