Now booking for 2008 Summer Season in this family-friendly home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the Cape Cod Canal and Town Neck Beach. Completely remodeled in 2005 with new appliances, carpet and tiled bath. With fresh paint and decor, this rental feels like a hotel with the added benefits of a vacation rental. Our home is ideal for families because of its cleanliness, accessibility, and large yard for playing and barbecues. This is a quiet family beach neighborhood in a great in-town location.
So much to do within walking distance: We are a short and pleasant walk (only .2 miles) to The Cape Cod Canal, bike path and Sandwich Marina including boat launch ramp and brand new children's playground. Beautiful area to watch the canal boat traffic and Sandwich commercial fishing fleet. Uncrowded Town Neck Beach and Boardwalk (gorgeous sunsets, scuba diving right off the beach and jumping off the bridge at high tide)is only 1/2 mile away. Also, walking distance to great restaurants (Aqua Grille and Seafood Sam's) and the shops in Merchant's Square. We have multiple properties available in the Town Neck neighborhood - please contact us and we will try to find the perfect vacation for your family!
Town of Sandwich : Sandwich is named ''The Oldest Town on Cape Cod'' and is a quaint town rich in history. While here you must visit the Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Plantation, The Daniel Webster Inn, and of course - The Beach - all within minutes. Easy location to highway and other Cape Cod attractions such as Mashpee Commons Mall, Ferries to the Islands or many more beaches. This rental also allows for day trips to Boston because we are located at exit 2 on Route 6 - a short distance to cross the bridges.
