This beautiful Spanish Mission style guest house is tastefully decorated and is located in the charming residential area of historic Plantation. Conveniently located to down town Ft. Lauderdale (4 miles), Broward Shopping Mall and several grocery stores (1mile). Ideal for working professionals. The open plan kitchen (complete with dishes and cooking utensils), living and dinning rooms have a vaulted wood ceiling with fans. Central a/c throughout. One of the two bedrooms has a queen bed with a walk in closet while the second has a double bed and closet storage. The bathroom has a walk in shower area. Bed and bath linens are provided. Direct TV service is included for the large TV / DVD unit in living room. There is an outdoor tiled patio area . The private guest house is connected to the main house by a large tropically landscaped courtyard with a fountain. Maid service ($50) is available, smoking outside, must be dog friendly, parking. Sorry no children.
