'Topsail Island': Topsail Island (pronounced “Topsul”) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina’s southern outerbanks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests.
