Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Deposit of $500.00 Required at time of booking.
  • Cleaning Fee of $150.00 will be deducted from deposit at the end of the stay.
    Remaining deposit will be refunded up to 2 weeks after check out.
  • If you require more sleeping space, please inquire about our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath downstairs. Ask about our discount for renting both units (Does NOT apply to peak summer season).
    During the Summer months and holiday weeks we require a full weeks rental. All other times please inquire for 3-5 night minimum.
