- The whole house has hot and cold running water from Canandaigua municipal supply, and full sewer system. Not a well nor a septic tank. Bathroom 1 has two sinks and huge makeup mirror. Bathroom 2 is a half bath off of the 3rd floor bedroom with a toilet and sink. Bathroom 3 is near the indoor pool and includes a large clothes cupboard for swimsuits, towels, and toiletries. Bathroom 4 features a skylight, large closet, and jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen features TWO dishwashers, two coffee makers (real and decaf = everybody is happy), and a refrigerator with dispenser for cold water, ice, or crushed ice. Outside, there is a 50 foot dock with room for a boat of up to 24 foot length. The dock ends at a water depth of 4 feet. Larger boats can be tied to our mooring buoy anchored in 8 feet of water. A three man rowboat (with oars and life jackets) is included for tendering to and from the buoy.
