Outdoor dining: The beach deck has a dining table that accommodates 4 people. The 2nd floor deck off the main living room has a dining table that accommodates 8-10 people. Outdoor dining tables and chairs are stored in the rec room (pool table room) from Nov 1st through May 1st.
Additional features: The flooring on the 1st and 2nd levels is a beautiful hand scraped Brazilian Angelim wood. The rec room includes a pool table, a full set of dumbbell weights and a stereo with in-wall speakers.
