Water park admission: We think you will find that our prices compare favorably to other fine residences in the area, yet we give you the option to use the indoor water park, right out your door. Water park passes are expected to be $14.99/day (12 & under), $24.99/day for adults. There is also a free observation area, and a free outdoor saltwater pool available (now open) for guest use.

It is a ground floor unit ... so no dangerous railings, stairs to climb, elevators to wait for, or long hauls from the trunk of your car.
