This fabulous gated resort vacation property is located in an end unit on the fourth floor of the only building directly facing the ocean. The unit is decorator furnished and immaculately maintained. Each room has individual air conditioning units, as well as, ceiling fans. The marble bathrooms provide comfort, beauty and privacy; with custom glass doors on the showers and a large soaking tub in the master bath. The granite slab kitchen is fully- equipped to prepare gourmet meals. A stackable washer and dryer are available for your use and an on-site full laundry service. The complex has two beautiful pools, two 8 person hot tubs and a private shallow pool for children. Several large palapas provide shade and lunch during the high seasons. The beach is the best in Puerto Vallarta - clean and a gentle slope to the water, outdoor showers, palapas and lounge chairs. There are on-site tennis courts, a fitness facility and mini golf.

The gated Flamingos Beach and Golf Resort is 15 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International airport and 25 minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Both cab service and buses are available. The charming town of Bucerias,with shops and fine dining, is 2 miles north and within walking distance on the sidewalk or beach. Puerto Vallarta Adventures, which offers swimming with dophins, horse back jungle riding, rain forest canopy tours, kayaking fishing tours is within 2 miles. There is an 18 hole golf course affiliated with the Flamingos Beach and Golf Resort, as well as, tennis and mini golf on-site.
