The front balcony has a view of the Indian River to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Enjoy ocean views, marine life and beach watching from the oceanfront balcony. Our condo is equipped with linens, washer & dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen and a 1950's Jukebox in the Living Room. Grocery Shopping, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center are all close by. This area of Melbourne Beach has great surfing and fishing and is so serene it is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. Non-smoking home and No pets.

A great central location to travel and see all the sights in Florida - Just a little over a hour to Orlando and all the Theme Parks - Spressard Hollow Golf Course and Tennis are less than a mile away - the area has an incredible reputation for fishing both surf and river - located by two major baseball spring training stadiums - zoo - and of course the fantastic sea turtles come right on our beach. Kennedy Space Center just to the north of us you can watch the shuttle lift-offs from the beach or your balcony or just sit on the balcony and watch the Dolphins swim by.
