Charming, Modern, Beach House with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Sleeps 6 - 9 people. This is a single family house with it's own private yard beach sanded area. It has nice patio furniture, a picnic table, a small fire pit, a deck platform, and parking off-street in private driveway for at least 2 vehicles. The house has washer/dryer, dishwasher, a plasma TV with surround sound stereo, central air conditioning, and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or the downtown strip area. The house is on 11 O St. which is conveniently located across from the island section, Atlantic ave, Bradford ave. etc.. Not on the strip area but not too far away either.
