Beach access is from the main swimming pool area. House has an attached two car garage with washer and dryer.
San Antonio Del Mar: San Antonio Del Mar is guard gated oceanfront community within 15 minutes from the border on the scenic Ensenada tollway.
Rosarito Beach: Rosarito Beach is a leisure oriented sea side tourist attraction featuring numerous shops, restaurants amidst a relaxed atmosphere. If you like to party, it has its share of nightclubs like Papas and Beer, Senor Frog, Macho Taco and others. You can spend time at the souvenir shops near the hotels. World famous Rosarito Beach hotel hosts many activities and other fiestas all year round and you may want to stroll down the pier or walk on the sand below.
Golf: Famous Real Del Mar is right across San Antonio Del Mar and if you prefer to explore further, Bajamar is about 30 minutes away with a beautiful oceanfront golf course.
