Both bedrooms are smartly arranged, having private baths with cotton linens, and queen-size beds dressed with 100% fine cotton sheets, fluffy comforters, and old fashioned quilts. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with professional cookware, dishes, and all items essential to preparing tasty snacks and delicious meals. Bright and cheery is all over the living room, and the queen-size sleeper sofa is so comfy. A nice walk leads to the boardwalk and Gulf Beach. Two swimming pools with covered picnic areas are near the bungalow's two landscaped porches.
The guest of record must be at least 25 years of age & a full-time part of the party in order to register & pay for the reservations.

The Bungalow will be especially clean and ready for you at check-in time, and the lease fee includes an inspection and basic housekeeping immediately after check-out. Guest will be charged the full cost to repair any damage to the property, to replace any missing or broken item, or to perform any extraordinary cleanup. Maid service during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.
