Arranging transportation from the airport, pre-stocking of refrigerator prior to arrival, and the forwarding of luggage / golf clubs pre and post stay are only a few of the many services we have performed in order to make JOJA's an enjoyable experience. Due to our geographic location, this area is considered a prime vacation spot for people of all ages. Everything you could possibly want to do is only minutes away.. The nation's largest designer's outlet mall, Silver Sands, is less than a mile away. Additional attractions, within close proximity, include: Big Kahuna Waterpark, go cart rides, and miniature golf as well as many extraordinary golf courses that bring golfers from all over to enjoy the Destin area. Another point of interest is the Destin Commons, an additional popular shopping spot with a 14-screen multiple cinema, Deep Sea Fishing is also very popular in our area and Destin is famous for being 'The Luckiest Fishing Village' in the world. Destin has one of the largest private fishing fleet and is available for private charters. Once you come to our area you will definitely want to make your vacation an annual affair.

- The 1st floor has tow beautifully decorated bedrooms; one contains two (2) queen sized beds and the other has one queen sized bed. Also on this floor is a living area that contains a queen sized sleeper-sofa. The top floor contains the beautifully decorated Master Bedroom w/ a king sized bed.. This room opens up to its own private porch which contains a double recliner and two wicker rocking chairs and a side table. Also on this level is another living area that contains a queen sized sleeper-sofa. All bedrooms and both living areas contain a HD flat screen TV w/ both DVD and VCR player (total of 5).
