A Note About SSIR Amenities: As a guest of private owners at SSIR, there are some resort amenities you will not be able to access unless you purchase an amenity card from SSIR. These ameniteis include the main lagoon area, trolley service, childrens program, golf course, some of the resort restaurants etc. Many of these amenites can be found else where on Sanibel/Captiva.
Captiva Island: This condo is located within walking distance to the Chadwicks Square area (Starbucks, shopping, etc) and also to Andy Rosse Lane, the main street in the Village of Captiva. Here you will find numerous restaurants, watersports rentals, gift shops, etc.
