Slopeside: When we went looking for a ski house we had one key criteria, it had to be slopeside! We stayed and toured every slopeside condo complex at Sunday River and eventually determined this location one mile from the ski area was best. Why? You can have a drink on the porch at the end of the day, have an awesome view of the mountains and still have the sun in your face.
Slope Side (cont): Slopeside condominiums loose the sun in winter about 3pm. Our home is basked in sunlight until 6pm. Our mountainside home has awesome sunsets you cannot get slopeside. You can SEE where the famed Sunday River snowmakers are making snow from our house. Better than listening to them all night. You can WATCH the lights of the groomers dance across the mountainside. Not lay awake listening and wondering if they are grooming your favorite trail.
Ski: Sunday River Ski Area has been referred as 'The Vail of the East'
Golf: Golf Digest considers this course one of the Top Golf Courses in the country!
Guest Book: Our first renters wrote: “Your place is terrific. The best we stayed in over the past ten years that our group has been together doing the golf thing... 10 Peaks at Sunday River has set a new high standard of superb accommodations.'
