Information about this cottage rental on Nassau & Paradise Island

The Cottage is situated on the grounds of a private home on the Island of New Providence, in a beautiful garden, and is on Greenwood Road, which is a quiet Road Off Village Road, on New Providence Island, and quite close to Paradise Island. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen size bed, A/C,bathroom with shower,and closet. There is cable TV. Downstairs is a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and small fridge. we provide daily maid service, complimentary wine, and laundering. Our house is next to the Bahamas National Trust property, and we are very easy access to shopping., and to fast food restaurants. There is a patio outside the apartment and a small pool behind the main house for the use of our guests. The Garden is planted mostly with trees and plants which are native to the Bahamas. This is our one and only rental unit You can find out where we are by going online and typing in 'Maps of New Providence Island. The unit sleeps two, and we do not take children

There is an Art and Wine Festival at the Bahamas National Trust, at the end of October and an annual Christmas Fair in November which is in it's tenth year, and immensely popular., and an International Food Fair at the Botanical Garden, also in November There is a fast Ferry boat which goes to Harbour Island every morning at 8am, returning to Nassau at 3pm.and drive on drive off car Ferries to Eleuthera, Exuma and Andros three times a week. If you decide that you want to stay with us we would suggest renting a car at the airport, and we will then give you driving directions, or E mail a map to you. Greenwood Road is Off Village Road and about 20 minutes drive from the Airport, and a five minute drive to Paradise Island.. We have cats, who will not bother you unless you want them to, but which could present a problem for anyone with serious allergies.
