Information about this condo rental in Luquillo

The condo sits on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. From the balcony you will enjoy spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic ocean. You can also see the luscious green rainforest, El Yunque. The apartment has been recently remodeled with new appliances, and furniture including washer and dryer. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans (though there are robust ocean breezes). The apartment has been outfitted with WiFi Internet access, so plan to bring your computer! There is a flat panel 32' TV with cable service. The apartment is within a gated complex with 24 hour guards, swimming and wading pools, lit tennis and basketball courts. We are 25 miles from the San Juan airport near casinos and fine dining. Supermarkets, banking, drug stores and restaurants are near by. You can wile your time away on the beach tanning and enjoying the warmth of the sun, and then enjoy the starry brilliance of the night from the balconies.

You can go horseback riding on the beach or in the foothills from Hacienda Carabali. You are not too far from the 'Kioskos' for local culinary treats while close to the beach. The 'bio-luminiscent' bay is a must see. Boats leave from 'Parque Pasivo' en las Croabas, Farjardo. You should not leave Puerto Rico without visiting El Yunque Rainforest. You will be awed by the lush environment. Outlet Mall shopping at Belz is close by on route 3, and there is the expansive mall at Plaza Las Americas. You will want to spend a day in Old San Juan. It is charming and loaded with history and culture.

Notes: This is a non-smoking unit. The accommodations are quite nice. The condo is newly offered for vacation rental. After acquiring the property it was fully rehabbed with new appliances, lights, ceiling fans, doors, ceramic tile through out and beautifully painted. It is a very comfortable apartment. The building staff is friendly and very accommodating, and there is gated parking for your car.
