Home Layout: Ground Level of home has two car garage, storage and laundry as well as outdoor shower. First Floor has four bedrooms and two full, lovely clean bathrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen four poster bed. Bedroom 2: two twin beds with island theme. Bedroom 3. Single bed with single trundle pull out, can be converted to King with bed bridge or two twins as you need it. Bedroom 4. Single daybed with single trundle pull out, can be converted to King with bed bridge or two twins as you like. Bedroom four can also double as a family room for smaller families. Second Floor has the master suite with King bed and bathroom with stall shower. Large living room/dining area with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan and ample indoor or outdoor dining space. Clean, well organized, well equipped kitchen. Half bath.
About Long Beach Island: Long Beach Island (LBI) has 18 miles of beautiful white sand beaches that are well groomed and cared for. Has been rated in the top 20 best beaches in the USA. Beach Haven is a jewel on the island. With a designated historic district it is dotted with lovely old Victorians and a brand new Maritime Museum as well as a town green with free concerts on Wednesday evenings during the summer season. There is also ample shopping, dining and even live theatre. Kids will love the miniature golf as well as the Fantasy Island amusement park. Easy day trips possible to good golf, Atlantic City, Cape May, Storybook Land amusements, Wildwood. Take a sunset cruise on the bay, rent a boat for the day or go deep sea fishing, para-sailing or jet skiing. Or, simply relax and enjoy the beautiful clean beaches. Rental includes beach badges and beach chairs. There is also a wagon for taking things or kids to the beach.
Golf: There are several courses within a 25-40 minute drive of this property. More details can be provided if needed.
