Consider a day of reef or bone fishing with Captain Barr Gardiner... the best on the island. Don't forget the unexpected meeting you might encounter with JoJo, Turks and Caicos most famous, friendly dolphin. With so many options, you'll have to come back.
Taste the many flavors of the Island. Enjoy a fresh conch salad or grilled cracked conch at Da Conch Shack in Blue Hills, where they catch the conch on-site daily. Or treat yourself to an elegant meal at one of the many outstanding restaurants on Provo. Coyaba, a gourmet restaurant where you can enjoy candle-lit romantic ambiance, some of the best food on the island and an extensive wine list. Also on property is The Beach Cafe, a beachfront restaurant serving daily breakfast, lunch, and casual dinners, which embrace the many tastes of the Caribbean.
