- Bunkhouse listed above as 'studio' is unheated and has no plumbing. It has bunk beds for two to three people and a folding camp cot if needed. Best for kids, can sleep three or four kids. Sofa bed is in a first floor den which people may pass through to reach rear deck (or they can get to deck by going out front door of house). The house ideally sleeps six plus two to three in bunkhouse.
