The apartment is located in the most exclusive condo in Cancun, Bay View Grand, just a short walk from all the shops, restaurants, bars and discos. The apartment is situated on one of the highest floors and its many terraces offers spectacular views on the ocean and the lagoon.
The apartment has two double rooms (one with jacuzzi on the terrace), two bedrooms and wardrobes, a very big living room with dining and TV area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and maid's bedroom and bath. The apartment has been completely furnished in 2007.
The complex has 24h security, exclusive spa and modern gym, tennis courts, several pools and Jacuzzis and private beach. Inside the area there's also a private parking.
