4) Payment is due in full 21 days prior to your arrival.

Activities: With the two guest ids (included) you can enjoy reduced rates at Championship Golf Courses, heated pools, dinner at country clubs, and all the amenities available to residents.
Golf Carts: The Villages is designed to provide golf cart access throughout the entire community. It's a great way to travel during your stay. For insurance reasons, rentals do not include use of our golf cart. However, monthly, weekly, or daily golf cart rentals are easily arranged and available through 'The Villages Golf Carts' for approx. $370 per month or $17 per day, including tax. We'd be happy to help you arrange a golf cart rental.
