CHC is a new, two story, 2 bedroom,solid concrete, beachfront home on 10 foot columns. Casa Hol Chan is 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Walk out your front door, sun on our beach or go snorkeling! Fish off pier. The home is close enough to town to enjoy shopping, dining & entertainment. CHC is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is famous for diving. Enjoy awesome views of the Caribbean & Caye Caulker from the main balcony & master bedroom balcony. All rooms except kitchen have ocean views. Home has washer/dryer, full kitchen with dinnerware & cookware. CHC is fully air conditioned. Included are phone, local style BBQ, linens, towels, beach towels, CD player, and cable TV, DVD & computer. Maid service is provided. Arrangements can be made to be picked up at air port for fee. Rental Golf Cart agency by airport

CHC is located on Ambergris Caye, an island off the mainland of Belize. The island is famous for having the world's second largest reef. CHC is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Dive & tour companies are available to take you out to many different locations, such as the blue hole and can pick you up at the pier to the right of CHC. Tours are also available to the mainland for canopy tours, tubing, caving and visits to Mayan ruins. There is a lot of wild life in Belize - monkeys, wide variety of birds, sloths, coatimundis and many more. San Pedro is a quaint beach town 3.5 miles north of CHC, an easy and fun drive from CHC by golf cart. San Pedro has many options for entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants and shops as well as street craftsmen. The people are very friendly and speak English. Manager will meet you at the air port & help with transportation & any information or tours you may like. Manager is just a phone call away during your entire stay.

You may also fish off pier of Casa Hol Chan. Bone fish congregate around pier. There are times weather conditions affect internet service at CHC; service is restored in town first & it can take time for service to be restored north and south of town. You may use cafes in town

Water activities/Ambergris Caye: Manager will meet you at the air port & help arrange transportation, answer questions & arrange tours. Manager will be available to you during your entire stay & just a phone call away. Deep sea fishing charters, bone and permit fly fishing, shark ray alley (swim with rays and sharks), manatee observing and visits to outer caye, scuba/snorkeling, para sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, sailing and water skiing. Endless water sports are available. Mainland tours are easy to take & you will be picked up at pier south of Casa Hol Chan. Mainland tours: Canopy tour through rain forest, visits to Mayan Ruins, tubing through underwater cave system & many more. Wild life is abundant, look for monkeys, coatimundies and many others. Keep an eye out for parrots, storks, ospreys, roseate spoon bills & many other varieties of bird life. You may want to just lounge in the hammock by the Caribbean, without a care in the world. Belize motto: No shoes, No shirt, No Problem. Just total freedom!

Mainland Belize tours: Visit Mayan ruins, tubing through an underground cave system, canopy tours, visit zoo, bird and monkey watching and local airline tours around Belize. Tours are endless! Manager can arrange tours.

Entertainment/Ambergris Caye: Restaurants, live music, shops open late and local craftsmen selling crafts around town. Entertainment is endless. There is more to do than you will have time to do, so please ask manager for advice. Enjoy!
