2009 OCCUPANCIES: For bookings via our website only, we are waiving our usual additional-occupancy costs ($20 per night for adults, $10 for children 13-18), and there is no extra charge for children 12 or under. There are no additional service or gratuity charges.
2010 OCCUPANCIES (from January 9 on): Included in above rates, for all units, for bookings of two nights or more, is a complimentary breakfast daily for all occupants of a suite; complimentary pickup by boat upon arrival in San Pedro, and return on departure day; free high-speed wired access to internet; free use of kayaks, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; free maid service daily; unlimited bottled water. Additional adult occupants, beyond two, in any unit, add $25 per night; additional occupants aged 2-18 add $15 per night; no charge for additional occupants under 2. There is no service fee or gratuity charg - For 2010 bookings completed in 2009, extra charges for each additional occupant in any unit, beyond two, will be waived. We have many additional units. Registration by phone is invited. Please contact us for possible rate changes, directions for online booking and our cancellation policies. Confirmations are immediate, followed by considerable emailed information to help travelers prepare for their trip and optimize their time on the island. As a courtesy, we book our guests' connecting flights from Belize International to San Pedro on the island; and meet our guests at the San Pedro airport, and, at our cost, bring our guests to the resort on our own boat, where they are welcomed at our private dock, helped with their luggage, and escorted to their unit. Advance information and rates on the most popular excursions are also provided to booked guests.
Activities and Attractions : The list of possible excursions is long and diverse -- on the island; 500 yards out into the sea at the world's second largest barrier reef (e.g., snorkel, dive, swim with sharks); and on the mainland -- cave tubing/ziplining/Mayan Ruin explorations, etc. Detailed information on the excursions most in demand is provided upon registration. All depart from the staffed Activities Center on our dock.
