This is a beautiful home with 100' of lake frontage property on a deep water cove right off the main channel on Lake Hamilton. The entire back of the house is all extra large windows and 2 sliding glass doors so you have a great view of the lake from a number of different rooms. The floor plan is open and airy and the home boast 10 foot ceilings and arched doorways. All of the furnishings and decorations are brand new. There is a nice covered boat dock and a swimming platform. There is ample parking for your cars and boat trailer. There are fantastic views from the nicely appointed decks. The area is peaceful and beautiful and just the perfect vacation spot! Hot Springs offers so many fun things to do besides the lake that you will never get bored. Grill, fish, boat or relax at this charming Lake Hamilton home.

  • Full Bathroom This is a nice size bathroom, laid out well so there is plenty of space. There are ample towel racks for everyone to hang up their things and shelves for the clean towels. The room has some nice decorations. The tub/shower has sliding doors so you don't have to worry about a shower curtain. There is more than ample drawer space and a lot of counter space. The tub has Jacuzzi jets which are wonderful after a day of skiing or wakeboarding or hard shopping! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Toilet Only Bathroom This bathroom is in the Master Bedroom. It is a toilet only, no sink or tub.

  • Master Bedroom This bedroom is very comfortable and inviting! The linens and mattress were chosen with comfort in mind. The room also has a dresser and two night stands. Each night stand has it's own lamp just in case someone is a late night reader. There is also an alarm clock. The room also has a color TV equipped with a DirectTV. This room has a 1/2 bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet but no sink or tub. The room also has a ceiling fan and a roomy closet. You will get a wonderful nights sleep! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Bedroom 2 This is a great room! Outfitted with matching twin beds, fabulous linens and great mattresses you can't go wrong in here. The room sports a night stand between the beds with an alarm clock and of course, a twin lamp. The room also has a dresser and a color TV with Direct TV. This room has a ceiling fan and a great closet. This room works for kids and adults both!

Notes: There are two separate living areas. Each one is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. Each area has a comfortable recliner, tables, lamps, entertainment center, etc. Each area has a TV with Direct TV and a DVD player. There is also two dining areas as well as a bar in the kitchen. There is a table that seats 6 to 8 and a bar height table that seats 4. The bar in the kitchen seats 3. There is no telephone. The art work in the house is very nice. The kitchen is all white and has a great sky light and a huge window over looking the lake and the ceilings are high so it's always bright and light and open and airy! What we call the 'main' living area (because we gather there the most) has all windows overlooking the lake and the dining room has all glass on one wall that is lake view too. We wanted this house to feel open and uncluttered yet comfortable and luxurious, we think we did it, we think you will agree. This house is so great! We love it and so will you.

This is a Home We Love & Want to Share: As you read the descriptions and look at the photos please bear in mind that it is impossible to adequately describe every detail or truly photograph the heart of a home. We have tried to take care to furnish our home with all the niceties that a person and a family wants and needs. Even though this is a second home for us we occupy and enjoy it very often. This is not a house to us but a home and we feel as much at home here as we do at our other home. We are friends with the neighbors, we tend to chores, etc. This is not just a house to rent to others but a home that we love that we also rent to others for them to enjoy and love as well.

Relax and Reconnect: When we come here - no matter who it's with - family, friends or just each other, we always relax and reconnect. We have a saying for this place 'Relaxation Just Happens'! There is no telephone here (if you want one, bring your cell, that's what we do). We take the boat out on the lake, drink a glass of wine on the deck, take a walk around the point, take the boat over to Cajun Boilers for dinner or to Hamilton House B&B for Sunday Brunch. Go for a swim or fish off the dock. There are SO many things to do! We are never bored here. Sometimes the just guys come here with their motorcycles, street and/or dirt and ride. That's a fun trip for them, the riding is great. The shopping and eating is wonderful in Hot Springs and that makes for a super fun girls weekend! We have had a large amount of family at once, the house sleeps 8 Very comfortable, over the 4th of July holiday and had a fantastic time watching the fireworks, cooking out and doing the whole traditional family thing.

We Love Dogs Too: We are dog lovers and don't mind small to medium sized dogs. Dogs are the only pets that we allow. We require all pets to be housebroken and treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival such as Advantage. We do charge a small non-refundable pet deposit as we have extra cleaning done after a pet as been in the home. Whether the renters have pets or not they want all traces of a pet not theirs removed as you want all traces of a pet not yours removed before you arrive. We assume anyone who brings their dog to our home is a conscientious and responsible pet owner. We have found it to be true that these pet owners respect our home and the neighboring pets.
