* Cancellation/Refunds: If you cancel your reservation on or before 45 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit in full, minus a 5% cancellation fee. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the damage deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount and taxes. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount/taxes or a prorated share, as appropriate -
All guests receive guarantee that property is well maintained, clean, and ready upon arrival.
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time at 11am unless other arrangements are made prior to guest's arrival or departure.
Cleaning service during stay can be scheduled (for an additional fee), please make arrangements prior to arrival or allow 48 hours to schedule cleaning service.
