If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount/taxes or a prorated share, as appropriate

  Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time at 11am unless other arrangements are made prior to guest's arrival or departure.
  
  Cleaning service during stay can be scheduled (for an additional fee), please make arrangements prior to arrival or allow 48 hours to schedule cleaning service.
