Best of all, the pool overlooks a dramatic expanse of open terrain - very private, no rear neighbours. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped game room with pool table, foosball, stereo CD/radio, TV/VCR/DVD. Equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we vacation - extra soft 600 Threaded all-cotton sateen sheets, thick cotton towels, Playstation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment, TV in every master bedroom, game room, nursery w/crib & bassinet, extra-large pool area, ETC! WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET is now available; just bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and access the internet anywhere in the villa.

Our house is stocked with detailed guidebooks and road maps, with travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area attractions, including: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios. GOLF - with over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 16 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge - 31 minutes, FISHING - the Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Many fishing charter services are available. Also, the famous Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World is just 30 minutes away. There is a list of local fishing charter companies available for your use.

Notes: There is plenty of room to spread out in this 2 story home - 7 bedrooms plus a nursery with full-size crib and portable bassinet. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - the air-conditioned game room with pool table, foosball, and stereo sound CD/radio and TV/VCR/DVD. Three of the 4 master bedrooms have a king-sized bed. The fourth master is on the first floor, with a queen-sized bed (for folks who don't do stairs). All 4 masters have TV and private bathroom access. Equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we vacation, such as extra soft 600 thread all-cotton sateen sheets, memory foam/coil mattress, thick cotton towels, playstation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment (almost every theme park movie!).
