- These bathrooms all have tile flooring, cultured marble vanities- double vanities in both bathrooms upstairs. The bathroom downstairs is between the multi-purpose room and the bedroom with the kind bed and allows for privacy for the bedroom. It is set up like a small apartment with access both interior and exterior to the upper ground level. The Master Bathroom features a garden tub with a rain fall shower head and a heat lamp to warm the bathroom for your exit from the water. The guest bathroom upstairs features a walk in shower with handicap rails and a small seat built in. This bathroom also has a heat lamp to warm you upon exit.

Home details: This home is truly a great get away. Vaulted ceilings in the family room and large picture windows to the deck and pine trees make for a great place to relax or take in a movie. The wildlife that can be seen off the deck often include birds, raccoon, deer, javelina and more. The road makes for good walks but the trails tucked in the woods make for great adventures. This home has all you need to cook for the whole gang or barbecue on the deck. Your children will feel at home with kids toys and baby gear. The master bedroom is split from the other guest rooms on ground level. Then you find a stairs going to a private escape with a small living room of their own, full bathroom, and king sized bedroom. It is truly set up for everyone's privacy and peace.
Gold Water Lake: Gold Water Lake is 3 miles up the road. This lake is good for fishing and playing in the water. There is a park at the lake with swings and a slide. There are sand volleyball courts and covered picnic grounds with grills. There are ducks to feed, trials to hike, and bathrooms. There is a parking fee of $3 per vehicle. It is a great place for a picnic.
Prescott itself: The first capital of Arizona, Prescott has great history. The court house and town square offer great shopping and eating opportunities. If you like antiques, this shopping is great for you. The Bashford Court Mall is a historic shopping mall located off the plaza with the Prescott Brewing Company and many little shops to explore. The Sharlotte Hall Museum is a great place to learn about the history of Prescott and experience hands on activities of the old days. Prescott Valley has a casino, a mall with major anchor stores such as Dillards and Sears, movie theatres, arcades, and more. This town has something for everyone... even the golfer. The year round great weather is probably the best feature this town has to offer.
